A BrightView landscape depot is selling more than 1.1 million square feet of colorados, a collection of landscaping that includes white and black, stone, and metal.
The depot, which opened last year, is owned by Colorado County and will sell off the surplus to landscaping firms.
Colorados were first planted in Colorado, and have since spread to every corner of the country.
BrightView is a subsidiary of the California-based GreenBiz Group, which owns a large number of large-scale greenhouses in California and New York, among other areas.
The company recently bought the GreenBitz Group from another company for $2 billion.
The new depot will likely sell off most of its excess.
The sale price for the surplus, which includes both existing and new plants, is likely to be around $100,000.
BrightSource Landscape Equipment is the biggest supplier of colorada landscaping in the United States, according to BrightSource’s website.
It currently has a 15 percent market share.
